Rataskaevu Street is in the square with the big NÄ in it, to the left of the letters. The tall building above the TA in 'Rataskaevu' is the building; the apartment has windows overlooking the courtyard and to the back over Pikk Jalg or 'long leg', the long, narrow street leading up from the Lower Town to the Upper Town. (See picture below.)
